The
Vorsis M-1 is a flexible and easy to use digital Microphone
processor. It offers unlimited pre-sets, security,
networkability, all digital framework, and easy to set up parameters.
Either from the front panel, or from the GUI - all parameters of the M1
can be controlled to give each voice talent his or her own personal
sound at the press of a button.
From one GUI an entire facility’s group of M1's can be controlled,
making multiple microphone processor management easy.
The features on the M-1 include a 4 band parametric EQ, high and low
pass filters, de-esser and expander and of course, our proprietary
Vorsis dynamics processing.
The unit comes loaded with factory designed pre-sets, and designing
your own is easy - thanks to features such as "Quick save" and quick
compare - allowing you to toggle back and forth between different
presets as you adjust them.

State of the Art Production
Vorsis audio processors are members of the ever-expanding Wheatstone product line and are built to the same exacting standards as all Wheatstone products. Every facet of product research and development, manufacturing, testing, and quality control is done in Wheatstone's large state of the art facility in New Bern, North Carolina to ensure that customers receive superior performing products of the highest possible quality.
State of the Art DSP Algorithms
Vorsis processors rely on proprietary DSP algorithms to create uncommonly clean and natural sound along with competitive "on-the-dial" loudness. Each Vorsis product comes equipped with its own Windows software based Graphical User Interface for intuitive operation. Carefully tuned factory presets ensure that the processors can be placed into use quickly and easily and in any size market with a minimum of effort.
Vorsis Bass Management System™
Given our understanding of advanced signal processing and the shortcomings of “bass clippers” in other audio processors, it was clear that a completely different approach for handling bass in an on-air audio processor was both required and warranted.
Our design team was intent on tackling the bass processing from a new perspective and the result of our work is the new Vorsis Bass Management System™(VBMS) algorithm. In simplistic terms it is a set of high-performance DSP algorithms designed to overcome the shortcomings of previous bass amplitude control topologies while also outperforming them.

AP2000
The AP2000 is the successor to the Vorsis AP1000 31-band audio processor. Essentially a complete redesign of
the original product, the AP2000 hardware is equipped with 30% more DSP horsepower, a completely overhauled
five band AGC, new voice distortion management technologies and a new, high-performance distortion managed
clipper. |

|
FM2000
The FM2000 is modeled after the popular Vorsis AP1000 31-band audio processor and includes all of the features of the AP2000 except the HD processing chain and its dedicated digital output. |

|
FM10-HD
The FM10-HD is the successor to the popular FM5. The FM10-HD offers a five band AGC followed by a ten band limiter. The FM signal chain includes pre-emphasis and peak control as well as a reference grade stereo generator. |

|
AM10-HD
The AM10hd offers a five band AGC followed by a specialized ten band limiter and high performance asymmetrical modulation peak controller algorithm that has been specially designed for the requirements of competitive AM broadcasting. |

|
VP-8
The VP-8 is the industry’s first true multi-mode audio processor with six distinct and unique operating modes tailored for the specific requirements of FM, AM, MPEG3, HE-AAC, HDC, and wideband VoIP applications. |

|
HD-P3
The
HD-P3 is the most flexible, cost effective, multi-use digital audio
processor on the market today. With the HD-P3 users can select either
Air-chain or Production processing modes. |
